This use case provides decision support based on prescriptive analytics and likelihood of meeting predefined service levels. When systems determine a shipment to have fallen outside of the tolerances to be considered “on time,” AI/ML capabilities provide practitioners with a recommended best course of action to intervene on a shipment and recapture the desired service level.
