Goals and Objectives
Provide an effective collaboration and a culture of collaboration to increase effective, cross-silo work that reduces meetings, increases team and personal productivity, and results in faster time to market/time to execution. The collaborative workspace integrates core tools through common interfaces, leveraging machine learning (ML) and AI and reduces friction — often in evolving ways – to improving and accomplishing work.
Technology Deployed
Team collaboration applications being integrated with much of the core IT stack; adds persistent conversations with workflow, approvals, development, and other functions including audio/video conferencing, screenshare, digital whiteboard devices, and also AR/VR tools; and centralizes activities and facilitates the integration and leveraging of AI and ML
Use Case Summary
The collaborative workspace is a combination of the existing IT stack applications integrated with a team collaboration application. It enables teams to engage in persistent, seamless, and centralized communications in order to share team knowledge and work activities more efficiently. This capability enables greater productivity and more engaged employee experience. It may also be used to include partners and customers unto the process.
