Current Situation
Events are held regularly to attract and encourage alumni participation, but ability to track participant actions and contributions related to events is limited. Events require local participation.
Goals and Objectives
Increase the link between events and other tangible alumni-related business objectives, such as increase in donations and connecting students to alumni for mentorship opportunities.

Mobile apps/online forms for event ticketing and registration, targeted marketing and CRM, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), social media scanning, analytics and engagement tracking
Use Case Summary
Alumni easily find events of high interest and register and pay via mobile apps or online tools. Attendance is tracked and there is follow-up engagement via CRM tools. A rich virtual experience is provided for those unable to participate in person. Analytics is used to ascertain the business outcomes.
