Ordering online today limits consumer choice whether B2B or B2C, to price and estimated delivery dates. Very few options exist where an informed consumer can pick the optimal delivery option based on a number of different parameters.
Goals and Objectives
The goal of this use case is to develop a solution where consumers can view all available delivery options with the associated price point. Additional information on peer consumer choices and related KPIs enhances the customer’s experience while optimizing carrier’s resources.

Various service levels are offered based on delivery windows, carrier performance, such as next day before noon or second day. Statistics around peer consumer choices and related KPIs (e.g., on-time performance) help customers choose between them.
